After attending 3 different studios for teacher training info sessions, the program with Daniel and Liz just felt perfect for me. In addition to the structure, organization and alignment focus, it was heart centered, grounded and authentic.

Mandala of Divine Oneness and Awareness

Daniel Orlansky and Liz Owen were the most compassionate, detail-oriented teachers I could have possibly asked for. Their immense expertise and the focused curriculum have left me feeling confident in my skills as a yoga instructor, not only of the physical postures, but of the pranayama, physical and energetic awareness, and the divine oneness and non-judgement at the core of the yoga practice. Though I was previously terrified of public speaking, I feel well prepared now to share this practice with the world, and so very well cared for.

Yoga of Energy Flow Teacher Training was a life changing experience! Liz and Daniel’s wealth of knowledge spans so many techniques and practices, beyond just the vinyasa flow for which you receive certification. The two of them create an environment saturated with community, compassion, and friendship. Best experience of my life!
